At My Window wth a Broken Wing

Okay, I finally finished painting Reyevenn in via Photoshop. I'm happy witht he way she turned out. Moreover, I'm happy that I did it using Photoshop! Slowly I'm killing my fear and loathing towards CG . . . which I'm going to continue next go-round when I finish the other character portrait for the series. The most pleasing thing of all is that this was only supposed to be a three part series. It has four finished pieces now and I'm currently working on two others (I plan to have at least three more in the series.) I'm proud of myself for doing this without real prompting or fuse (I can be so difficult to motivate sometimes ) and have not lost the need to work yet. I hope this continues until I can finish the series (however long that expands into).

Oh, and don't complain about the titles . . . they're actually song lyrics. This one comes from the end of Dylan's Love Minus Zero/No Limit which actually reads: "The wind howls like a hammer\The night blows cold and rainy\My love she's like some raven\At my window with a broken wing."
